About

Discover Our Sacred Spaces

During these guided sessions, participants will visit a number of sacred sites and spaces across the South Armagh area, engaging in immersive experiences and guided walks with local experts, experience providers, and tour guides.

Explore:
Historic Mass Rocks
Churches and Rural Chapels
Ancient Burial Grounds
This is a free programme to all who participate, supported by the Newry, Mourne and Down PEACEPLUS "Thriving Together" programme. This project offers a rare opportunity to connect across borders and communities and gives participants time to connect with themselves, with others and with our sacred spaces through this shared history project.

Who can apply? We're looking for adult participants who:
Can attend all of the sessions;
Are willing to complete short feedback forms; and
Can partake in guided walks, immersive experiences and workshops.

Places are limited, so a short selection process may be required. If necessary, participants will be chosen based on their responses to the questions included in the application form.

Programme Dates - Mon 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st August from 10am - 1pm
To register your interest to take part, please complete the form below. Closing dates for applications is Friday 31st July, Midday.
