Ballynahinch is a charming market town located in County Down, Northern Ireland. It lies around 30 minutes (18 miles) south of Belfast City and serves as a gateway to the stunning Mourne Mountains and the beautiful County Down countryside. Ballynahinch lies on the main A24 Belfast to Newcastle Road. Ballynahinch, from the Irish meaning town of the holm (island) is twinned with Lamorlaye, France.
