Nestled in the breathtaking County Down countryside, Montalto Estate is an enchanting 18th-century Georgian estate offering a five-star visitor attraction, bespoke weddings and events, a Georgian mansion for private hire, and over 8km of beautifully curated trails and gardens, including a secluded private walled garden. Visitors can enjoy seasonal walks through the estate, relax in The Café at Montalto, browse the estate shop, and make use of the dedicated dog park, creating a welcoming destination for families, walkers and garden lovers alike.

The estate provides an exceptional setting for corporate away days, private celebrations and evening events. From team-building activities and curated corporate experiences to special interest tours exploring history, horticulture and nature, every group visit is tailored to inspire and engage.

The Carriage Rooms is a bespoke luxury event venue steeped in history and rustic elegance. Offering flexibility for both indoor and outdoor events, it provides an impressive setting for summer parties, BBQs, music concerts, gala dinners, corporate events and estate treasure hunts — all set against the backdrop of Montalto’s stunning grounds.

Montalto House, the estate’s 18th-century Georgian mansion, offers exclusive private accommodation for up to 18 guests across nine beautifully appointed bedrooms. Guests can enjoy private dining experiences with menus created by leading Northern Ireland chefs, showcasing the finest local produce. Private excursions and bespoke activities can also be arranged, while the world-renowned Royal County Down Golf Club lies just a short distance away.
