Spring Equinox | Clay meets Yoga | Day Retreat

About

Join us for a nourishing Spring Equinox, Day Retreat, designed to help you welcome the returning light, reconnect with yourself, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.

Led by Catherine Morgan of Bright and Balanced Yoga and Charlene Rooney Ceramics, this restorative experience blends gentle, energising yoga with mindful clay practice in a calm, supportive space.

We'll begin with grounding and uplifting yoga practices to help you feel centred, relaxed and connected to your body. You'll then take part in a creative clay session, where you'll design and build your own personal porcelain altar - a beautiful, lasting reminder of your intentions and goals.

Throughout the day, you will be looked after with wholesome food, hot drinks and sweet treats.

At the end of the retreat, Charlene will take your altar to be fired in the kiln. Once complete, it will be carefully packaged and posted to you - all included in your ticket price.
