About

Newry BID is bringing Halloween fun to Newry City with 'Spooks in the City' from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026.

We have family activities, live entertainment and plenty of reasons to make a day - and a night - of it in the city.

Saturday 31 October will include our guided Trick or Treat Trail, where children help little pumpkin Pip find his missing Halloween glow. That evening, Newry's Best Dressed returns across 13 venues, with £300 in Newry BID vouchers for the overall best dressed.

The programme also includes a self-guided pumpkin trail, face painting, Sign, Rhyme & Shine, character appearances, craft activities and pop-up dance performances.
