Martin McParland introduces the art of outdoor sketching. Each week will move to different areas in Downpatrick. Bring along pencils, paper, and a board to lean on and something to sit on. The group will meet at Down Arts Centre at the beginning of each class, before heading outside to sketch with Martin.

Directions from Town: Follow the A7 from Belfast or the A25 from Clough into Downpatrick town centre, drive straight to the T junction at the end of Market Street and turn left. Down Arts Centre is a large red brick building with a clock tower on the right hand side, on the corner of Irish and Scotch Street. There are several paid and display car parks in the near vicinity and some on-street parking nearby.
