About

Merry & Well – An Alternative Christmas Get-Together

Swap the cocktails for calm, connection and a little Christmas self-care!

Looking for something a little different to celebrate Christmas with your friends? Join us for Merry & Well, a feel-good morning of movement, relaxation, connection and festive indulgence at The Oliver Restaurant in Newry.

Created by three local wellbeing practitioners, Linda from Bodybox Fitness, Jeanette from Solas Therapy and Jo from Coppice Holistics, this special event offers the perfect opportunity to press pause on the Christmas rush and take some time for yourself.

Whether you're catching up with friends, looking for a unique Christmas get-together or simply in need of a little breathing space before the festive season takes over, you'll be warmly welcomed.

Our morning will begin with a gentle Pilates session to awaken the body, followed by refreshments and a nutrition Q&A. Jeanette will then guide you through a relaxing breathwork journey, offering space to slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself. Jo will complete the wellbeing experience with acupuncture and meditation, helping you settle into a sense of calm and balance.

We'll finish with a delicious lunch together, giving everyone time to chat, connect and enjoy the company of like-minded people in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

No previous experience of Pilates, breathwork or meditation is needed. All activities are designed to be accessible, with a supportive atmosphere where you can participate at your own pace.
