Eats & Beats: California Irish

9-11 Bryansford Road, Newcastle, Down, BT330HJ
California Irish

About

Join California Irish for a special hometown show as Cormac Neeson returns to The Anchor Bar for an unforgettable evening at Live at the Lighthouse.

Fresh from winning Best Single at the NI Music Prize for Julie Ann, California Irish have quickly become one of Northern Ireland's most exciting live bands. Blending Laurel Canyon-inspired folk rock with rich harmonies, soulful songwriting and outstanding musicianship, the seven-piece have been winning over audiences wherever they play.

Taking place during Eats & Beats, this promises to be the official unofficial after-party, celebrating the very best in homegrown music after a full day of festival performances. Whether you've spent the day at the festival or simply fancy a brilliant night of live music, this is the perfect way to round off your Saturday.

Expect soaring harmonies, analogue soul, great company and a proper celebration of Northern Ireland's thriving music scene.
