About

Award-winning Irish noir. Right here on your doorstep.

As part of this year's Full Moon Film Fest, NCC is delighted to bring you Báite - Winner of Best Irish Language Film at the Galway Film Fleadh.

This is a beautifully crafted, slow-burning murder mystery - atmospheric, tense, and quietly gripping. The kind of film that draws you in gently and keeps you thinking long after the credits roll.

We're especially pleased to screen it in a new setting - the wonderful Naíonra Teach Uidhilín in Castlewellan - a fitting home for such a powerful piece of Irish-language cinema.

Support Irish film.

Support Gaeilge.

And join us for a compelling night at the movies.
