About

Join us for Celtic Wild Cooking or Feast Night in Finnebrouge Woods

In our magnificent Wild Tipi deep in the Woods, join our Resident Wild Cooking Chef Rory Gorman for one of his unforgettable, Celtic cooking classes or curated Feast to learn new culinary skills in his fire cooking experiences.

Wild Cooking and Green Fire Cooking

Spend the day around the fire cooking with our resident wild chef Rory Gorman.

A day exploring the ancient practice of cooking over open flames.

You will be taken through the fire lighting process and shown some tips and tricks to getting the right fire for different cooking styles. You will then explore ancient cooking techniques such as using ashes, embers & hanging over the flames, working in tune with the seasons and using foraged flavours from the surrounding woodland.

An immersive experience, you will be getting hands on yourself with the wild cooking, learning by feel and using your senses, before sitting down to a wild cooked lunch prepared by the chef & yourselves.
