About

The woods are waiting for you.

Whether you're seeking adventure, a moment of stillness, or something to celebrate — there's a place for you here at Finnebrogue Woods.

Step into our ancient woodland and feel the world slow down. This is a space for fun, for learning, and for breathing a little easier. At the heart of it all are George and Joan, your Bushcraft and Forest School leaders, who bring years of experience and a genuine love of the outdoors to everything they do. They can't wait to share it with you.

Together, you'll explore the old ways of the woodland — lighting fires, reading the land, and discovering skills that have been passed down through generations. Whether you're brand new to the woods or a familiar face on the trails, you'll always find a warm welcome and a spot around the fire.

Your full-day experience includes a delicious campfire lunch made from our very own Finnebrogue Dexter beef, plus a homemade brownie to keep you going — all lovingly prepared by Fodder, our beautiful onsite tipi café and farm shop.

There's so much to discover here, and we'd love for you to be part of it, weather by yourself, with your family, work colleagues or friends.

Explore all our experiences at our website and come find us at Finnebrogue Woods Bushcraft & Forest School.  We promise you will slow down, get outside, and have the best kind of fun.
