This recently renovated spacious Mourne cottage gives you a private retreat just 15 minutes walk from the town centre, 500m to Donard forest trails and 1km from the Ulster Way hiking entrance to Tollymore Forest Park. Cherrymount's garden is bedecked in cherry blossom in the Spring. You have your own forest and river walk. This beautifull cottage is pet freindly.

All three bedrooms are spacious. One bedroom has 2 single beds. The other 2 bedrooms hve a king size bed. One bedroom has a proper cot.
Recently renovated main bathroom/wetroom with rain shower and under floor heating. Separate (2nd) toilet and washroom
Ample parking for at least three vehicles. No steps on pathway to main entrance.
Cot and high chair available for those travelling with small children.

This hoilday home is ideal for families, friends travelling together, cyclists and hikers alike with easy access to the Mournes and the town. Royal County Down Golf Club is close by and the cottage is a great location for golfers too. We were very lucky to have a professional golfer as our guest for the Irish Open in 2024.
