About

Roy Walker: Catch Yourself On!

Sunday 21 February 2027 | Canal Court Hotel, Newry

They really don't make them like Roy Walker anymore.

One of Northern Ireland's most recognisable comedy and television personalities comes to the Canal Court Hotel, Newry, for Catch Yourself On!, a special evening celebrating an extraordinary showbusiness career spanning more than five decades.

Roy is old-school comedy at its very best: warm, clean, effortlessly funny and blessed with impeccable comic timing. From cutting his teeth on the comedy circuit and sharing bills with some of the biggest names in entertainment, to becoming a household favourite as the legendary host of ITV's Catchphrase, Roy has spent a lifetime making audiences laugh.

More recently, he has returned to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and toured alongside his comedian son Phil Walker, continuing a remarkable career that shows no sign of slowing down.

Catch Yourself On! is an evening of stand-up, stories, memories and showbusiness nostalgia, looking back on a life spent entertaining audiences on stage and screen. And with Roy in the room, you can probably expect a catchphrase or two along the way.

Join us at the Canal Court Hotel for a rare opportunity to spend an evening in the company of a true gentleman and genuine legend of comedy.

Say what you see... and don't miss it.
