Along the way, you’ll encounter a series of spectacular sculptures, oversized objects and interactive moments, from giant books to larger-than-life features, each revealing a new chapter in the Giant’s story.

Along the way, you’ll encounter a series of spectacular sculptures, oversized objects and interactive moments, from giant books to larger-than-life features, each revealing a new chapter in the Giant’s story.

Your Giant Adventure Awaits

Designed to inspire exploration and discovery, The Giant's Trail connects key festival locations while showcasing the creativity, heritage and unique character of Warrenpoint.

Families and festivalgoers can embark on a giant adventure through Warrenpoint. Follow Fionn's footsteps to uncover hidden stories, complete exciting activities and challenges and discover giant surprises around every corner. Each stop along the trail brings a new experience, turning a walk through Warrenpoint into a magical journey.

As part of your adventure, complete the trail activities and challenges for the chance to earn the title of Fionn's Ultimate Adventurer.

To take part, simply pick up a FREE Trail Map and follow the route at your own pace throughout the festival weekend. Don't forget to bring your own pen or pencil to complete the activities and challenges along the way. The Wake the Giant Trail is located in public spaces and can be enjoyed at your own pace.

To help make the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone, we encourage children and young people to complete the trail with a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. Please be mindful of your surroundings throughout the route and always use designated pedestrian crossings when crossing roads. Enjoy the journey and have fun exploring the trail!
