Meet the Chefs at Eats & Beats
The Mourne Flavours Pavilion features an incredible lineup of chefs and food experts who are passionate about sustainability and local ingredients. Hosted by renowned chef Paul Cunningham, these interactive sessions celebrate the very best of local produce, with leading chefs sharing their passion, expertise and creative approach to cooking through a series of live demonstrations.
Across the weekend, visitors can enjoy demonstrations from Jenny Bristow, Adam Morrison, Ryan Harrison and Bradley Webster on Saturday, while Suzie Lee, Paul Cunningham and Paula McIntyre take to the stage on Sunday, each bringing their own distinctive style and culinary flair.
