Wake the Giant 2026 is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all visitors. The festival takes place within Warrenpoint Municipal Park, where most activities are located on level grass terrain, with pathways available to support easier movement throughout the site. The park can be accessed via multiple entrances, including Queen Street, Princes Street and Seaview. We aim to ensure that everyone can comfortably enjoy the festival atmosphere, entertainment and activities on offer.

Where are the toilets located at during Wake the Giant?
Public toilets are located in Warrenpoint Municipal Park and The Square in Warrenpoint. Both facilities are open daily from 8am to 10pm and each include an accessible toilet.
Medical and Security Services at Wake the Giant
Security Personnel and Child Protection Officers will be stationed throughout the Wake the Giant festival grounds to help and respond to any security concerns or emergencies. Emergency medical staff and facilities are available on-site to manage any health-related incidents.

The Sensory Hub at Wake the Giant offers a calm, supportive space designed especially for children who benefit from a quieter environment away from the busy festival atmosphere. Located in Warrenpoint Town Hall, it features a programme of bookable sensory sessions taking place across the festival weekend.

From 10am to 12.30pm, enjoy a gentler Wake the Giant festival experience, with no queues, no loud music, and fewer crowds, perfect for visitors with sensory or access needs.
Please be aware that noise levels at the bandstand in Warrenpoint Municipal Park may be elevated due to the nature of live music performances.
