Autumn Equinox Wellbeing Evening at Mourne Park

About

We'll mark the changing of the seasons, starting off with a mindful walk through the woodland, followed by a wellbeing-focused pilates and nature connection session in a peaceful clearing with the sound of the river and local wildlife as our backdrop. The equinox marks the transition from summer to autumn – a perfect time of year to reflect on the changes in the seasons and within ourselves.
