Autumn Equinox – Forest Bathing Immersion

Slieve Gullion Forest Park, Killeavy, County Armagh, BT35 8SW
Autumn Equinox – Forest Bathing Immersion

About

We will celebrate the harvest and the Autumn Equinox, (where day and night are of equal length). This Celtic period marks the end of the summer and beginning of the Autumn, giving us permission to slow down and rest.

Slieve Gullion is a perfect haven to deepen your spiritual connection with nature. This sacred mountain will support you to rest, reconnect and re-energise. Forest Bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice which originated in Japan in the 1980’s as a stress prevention intervention. Your forest experience will include a tea ceremony with organic wild apple & cinnamon with short bread from a local traditional bakery.
