Newry Town Hall, Bank Parade, Newry, Down, BT34 1DQ
The Nanci Griffith Songbook

About

An evening of songs and stories celebrating the life and music of the late Nanci Griffith, one of America's most treasured singer-songwriters.
A Grammy Award-winning artist whose career spanned nearly four decades, Griffith's distinctive blend of country, folk and pop earned her deep affection across the world and especially in Ireland, where her songwriting found a devoted audience. From Love at the Five and Dime to From a Distance, her beautifully crafted songs of life, love and resilience resonated across generations, inspiring artists such as Mary Black and Maura O'Connell.

Join Gillian Tuite and The Blue Moon Band for a heartfelt tribute performance featuring Griffith's greatest songs and a celebration of a remarkable musical legacy that continues to connect hearts on both sides of the Atlantic.
