Taster Sessions, Forest School activities, Yoga, Tai Chi, Mindfulness, foraging, cookery demonstrations, guided walks, fire circle, drumming, teddy bears picnic, story telling, Equine Therapy, Sound Baths - a hive of mindful nature based activities.
