About

Discover the stories, music, food and traditions of the Mourne Gullion region through a unique, hands-on cultural experience that celebrates the creative spirit of Northern Ireland.

Guided by passionate local hosts and talented musicians, Singing It Back Home is much more than a traditional Northern Ireland day trip.

Journey through the beautiful Mourne and Gullion region accompanied by local musicians and a knowledgeable guide, discovering the stories, songs, food and traditions that have helped shape this part of Northern Ireland.

Along the way, you won't simply watch. You'll take part.

Make traditional soda bread, learn the steps of Irish dance, enjoy local food and music, and work together to create your group's very own song. By the end of the experience, there is only one thing left to do… Sing it back home.

Throughout your journey, the stories, experiences and characters you encounter become inspiration for something completely unique. Working together with your musicians, your group will create the lyrics to your very own song, accompanied by a specially prepared backing melody.

Then comes the finale. Gather together, find your voices and perform the song you've created as a group.

One journey. One shared experience. One song that's completely your own.

Singing It Back Home is a shared experience designed to bring people together, and can be adapted to suit your group.

Perfect for multi-generational groups, music and special interest groups, corporate and incentive travel, and team-building days, the experience combines music, food, dance, storytelling and plenty of opportunities to get involved.

Whether you're travelling as a smaller private or chauffeur-driven group or as part of a larger coach party, the experience can be tailored around your requirements. Additional experiences from across the Mourne and Gullion region can also be incorporated to create a day that works for you.

Bake together. Dance together. Write together. Sing together.

And ultimately, Sing It Back Home.
