About

Cycle South Armagh is a free cycling guide to South Armagh and the Ring of Gullion: every ride has a story (and a coffee stop). It has ten routes for road and off-road riders, each with a map, distance and climb, a free GPX download, the story behind its name, and the cafés, sights and pubs along the way. Routes start in or pass through South Armagh, from short loops round Slieve Gullion to big days out into Louth and Monaghan, and traffic free greenways such as the Newry Canal Way are included for families.

The guide also lists local cafés, bike shops and repairs, bike tours, places to stay, pubs, saunas and spas, things to do, and food, art and crafts made in South Armagh, so visiting riders can plan a day or a weekend in one place. It is run by a local rider, is independent and is free to use.
