As part of the Spotlight Community Cinema Festival, Down Arts Centre presents Listen to the Land Speak, guided by the voice and insight of Manchán Magan.

This visually rich documentary explores the deep relationship between people, place and language, inviting audiences to slow down and reconnect with the rhythms of the land. Through storytelling and landscape, it uncovers the voices and traditions embedded in Ireland's natural environment. A thoughtful and immersive evening screening for audiences interested in heritage, language and our connection to place.

Road Directions

Directions from Town: Follow the A7 from Belfast or the A25 from Clough into Downpatrick town centre, drive straight to the T junction at the end of Market Street and turn left. Down Arts Centre is a large red brick building with a clock tower on the right hand side, on the corner of Irish and Scotch Street. There are several paid and display car parks in the near vicinity and some on-street parking nearby.
