Handle With Care brings together the work of Tom Bevan and Leontia Haldenby whose sculptural practices transform familiar objects into new material experiences. Drawing on the languages of play, domesticity and material culture, both artists reconfigure everyday forms to explore how meaning emerges through our encounters with objects, inviting curiosity, reflection and new ways of seeing the familiar.

Directions from Town: Follow the A7 from Belfast or the A25 from Clough into Downpatrick town centre, drive straight to the T junction at the end of Market Street and turn left. Down Arts Centre is a large red brick building with a clock tower on the right hand side, on the corner of Irish and Scotch Street. There are several paid and display car parks in the near vicinity and some on-street parking nearby.
