Come for the giants. Stay for the fun!
What's in store at this year’s Wake the Giant Festival
The legend of Fionn mac Cumhail comes to life once again as the giant spirit of Warrenpoint awakens. New for this year, The Giant's Trail invites visitors to step into a walkable, story-led world, where giant-themed installations and interactive experiences bring folklore, culture and performance to life across the town.
The bandstand in Warrenpoint Municipal Park will come alive during Wake the Giant with a toe-tapping lineup of live music. Visitors can look forward to an exciting mix of performances in one of the most scenic outdoor event spaces in County Down.
We are delighted to welcome Niamh Noade, recognised for her appearance on Britain's Got Talent, bringing standout vocals to this year’s festival. Also taking to the stage are The 4 of Us, celebrating over 30 years of songwriting and live performance, and set to be one of the highlights of this year’s family friendly events in Northern Ireland.
With incredible live acts and a lively atmosphere, the bandstand line-up is a must-see for anyone looking for things to do in County Down or live entertainment in Mourne Gullion Strangford this summer.
